To all like-minded people like Mylo who want to maintain a healthy mind, and body. This is Mylo FM Weekly Plan which consists of both physical, and mental activities. The weekly schedule below is a guide; that can be changed according to your commitments, Time Zone, and preferences.
Basics: 1- Waking up everyday before sunrise with about 15 minutes or a couple of hours before your work. 2- Sleeping early everyday to get 8 hours of sleep. 3- Swimming everyday for at least 30 minutes. 4- 3-5 Tennis Sessions (1-2 Trainings + 1 Hitting + 1-2 Matches) 5- 1-2 Gym Sessions (about 45-60 minutes each) 6- Ordinary Sit ups + Hand Wrist Grip at least 3 times per week. 7- Ideal Cool Down after each tennis session should be on a stepper and a bike. (about 10 minutes on each) 8- Warm Up before each tennis session for at least 10 minutes. 9- Jacuzzi session everyday after swimming for at least 10 minutes. 10- Mental activities everyday at least once after waking up.
