To all my Muslim brothers and sisters who fast in Ramadan from Fajr to Sunset. This is Mylo FM quarantine plan during this holy month. The below tables are for weekdays, and weekend. Adjust the activities starting time according to your commitments, and Time Zone. Enjoy the lockdown!

Notes:
-The run can be done anywhere around your home, and the workout is a home workout.
-Please warm up before your run or workout.
-A run can be between 10 to 19 minutes.
-A home workout can include ordinary sit-ups, ordinary push-ups, planks, etc…
-Please cool down after your run or workout, and do stretches.
