Read Quran: Try to read in a quiet place if possible, and at a moderate speed to understand & enjoy what you are reading. Keep a paper, and pen close by if you want to write anything you want to get back to later.
Read Fiction*: Try to read in a quiet place if possible, and have a pencil in hand to underline what you may find interesting/useful.
Audio or Video Lesson: Before Gomaa prayer every week there is always a speech in the mosque for everyone. So, this video or audio lesson should be something you personally need to be a better person. Accordingly, choose wisely or see “Mylo’s Arabic Audio or Video Lessons Recommendations” below.

-Please warm-up before your workout.
-A workout can be anywhere between 10 to 19 to 30 to 60 to 90 minutes.

Some may start anytime they want if they want to pray tarawih/qeyam at home. Some may read fiction. Some may read Quran. Some may decide to sleep, and not do anything.
Nap: Disconnect, set your alarm, and sleep.
Dinner (Sohour): wake up, eat sohour, and drink water.
Pray & Sleep: Pray Fajr, set your alarm, and sleep.

Notes:
-Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Ishaa Prayers are not in the tables above because you can do them at their times during the day easily.
-The “Read Fiction” in Weekdays can be replaced by an “Audio or Video Lesson”.
-The main goals of this Plan in Ramadan is to avoid doing what is wrong, live right, and do beneficial activities that enrich your mind, body, and soul.
-Ramadan is a holy month, and an outstanding opportunity to start good habits to live with the whole year. Like spending time with your family, reading to enrich your mind, listening or watching video lessons for self-improvement & being a better person every day.
-There is no right or wrong way; everyone should take steps to be a better person, and Ramadan is a chance to take these steps. The most important thing is to get out of Ramadan with some good you can do every day. Moreover, some good to maintain in your weekly routine after Ramadan.

Mylo’s Thoughts About Ramadan:

-Ramadan is a holy month where humans fast, want to do good and do no bad.
-Humans try to get out of Ramadan as better people.
-Humans intend to fast the whole month of Ramadan, which is one of Islam Five Pillars. Humans do not eat or drink anything every day in Ramadan from Fajr to Sunset.
-Humans try giving to charity more during Ramadan. Zakat (giving to charity) is one of Islam Five Pillars. It is the practice of charitable giving to support poor and needy people. Humans who are able; are required to give away 2.5% of their wealth to zakat every Islamic year. For example, in Ramadan, some humans distribute food to the poor in food boxes. Moreover, some humans organize free public banquets to feed the poor people in the streets and mosques.
-Humans try to do the five pillars of Islam in Ramadan even if they didn’t do it before. Also, they try to maintain it after Ramadan. For example, Prayer/Salah is one of Islam Five Pillars. Praying can be one of humans goals during this holy month in addition to fasting.

Mylo’s Ramadan Plan Goals:

-If a human does not pray at all, they start praying(Salah). Hopefully, they continue doing it after Ramadan.
-If a human does not pray Fajr prayer, they start praying Fajr with the other prayers.
-If a human does pray all the five prayers but not read Quran at all. They can start by reading Quran in Ramadan once or twice a week. After Ramadan, they continue by putting a weekly Quran goal, no matter how small. For example, an achievable goal can be one time per week to read Quran. This one time can be for five minutes, or it can be to read one page. The most important thing is to continue doing it every week.
-If a human do all the musts, and does not want to do more. They can do these musts with better care, and higher quality. Hopefully, they can continue all year with the same new higher quality.
-If a human do all the musts, do it with quality, and do not want to do more. They can be interested in bettering themselves, knowledge, and skills. Some may like reading. Others may not like reading; an audio or video lesson can do the same job.
-If a human do all the musts, do it with quality, and want to do more. They can start by adding some extras like sunnah and try to maintain it all Ramadan. Hopefully, after Ramadan, they can continue doing it, and it becomes part of their daily/weekly routine.
-If a human is always angry, they try to self control themselves during Ramadan. Hopefully, after Ramadan, they continue doing it.
-If a human does something wrong, they can stop it in Ramadan, and hopefully, after Ramadan, they continue without it. Stopping something wrong may require a change of surroundings, friends, routines, etc…
-Sports are a good start for a human who wants to give up something wrong. It will help them put their energy into something beneficial for their health. Furthermore, it will keep them away from people/surroundings, who/which made it easier for them to do the wrong thing they used to do.
-Family Gatherings or Good Gatherings are essential too. If a human wants to give up something wrong, they will probably do this alone or with the wrong company.
-The family gathering should be around something everyone enjoys, whether it is a tv series or an audio or video lesson or even a game. I know a game may not sound ideal for some people during Ramadan. But imagine if a human is trying to give up something wrong and if they don’t do something they enjoy; they will probably do the wrong thing again. So, playing a game with friends or alone is better than doing the wrong thing. So, dear fellow humans, please do not judge anyone. Let everyone take the steps that will hopefully make them better people during and after Ramadan.

Mylo’s Conclusion:

Everyone should try to take a step forward. The most important thing is to maintain it after Ramadan. So, every Ramadan, humans try to become a better version of themselves. No matter how big or small is the step. Maintaining the baby steps is the ultimate goal.
