Ordinary Sit ups
Ordinary Push ups are optional (not recommended at all; especially for beginners, and if it hurts your wrist or elbow)
preferably on an Assisted Chin-Up/Dip: Chin-Up or Pull-Up in two different grips horizontal and vertical, and Dip in ordinary grip
Stepper, and Bike are mainly to cool down. So, always at a relaxing level.
